Payments for Rapinlarde Studio services are collected according to the quote confirmed before work begins on rapinlarde.bond.

• Accepted methods are confirmed by email from studio@this site and may include card or local transfer depending on United States norms.
• Deposits for custom work are non-refundable once materials are ordered, unless we cancel the booking.

If we must cancel, prepaid fees for unfinished work are refunded within fourteen business days.

Workshop seats can be transferred once with forty-eight hours notice; no-shows forfeit the seat fee.

• Refund requests should include booking date, service name, and contact details used on this site.
• Charge disputes should first contact studio@this site so we can reconcile invoices against studio logs.
• Prices shown in conversation are in local currency for Portland unless otherwise stated.

Returning visitors can skip the full tea shop intake when notes are on file while Daily 10:00–21:00 remains the reliable window for replies. Established 2016, still owner-run Desk near 125 SE Hawthorne Boulevard.

Optional tea shop upgrades are listed separately before you commit and returning-client notes stay attached to your ticket. Ticket codes stay local to this Portland bench.
